Founded in 1990, GEO Group has served a diverse range of clients in business, health care, education, and government. Between 1990 and 1999, over 1000 organizations around the world licensed our training products and/or used our consulting services to drive strategic thinking, action and results.


In 1999, we co-developed the Prometheus Process, a new way of running an enterprise in a warp-speed world. Prometheus is based on a fundamental assumption: you won't win in the 21st century by merely reacting to change, or making incremental improvements. To win, you must decide what you want your tomorrow to be, and then make it happen faster than the rate of change in your competitive environment.


In 2000, we published the book, Winning In FastTime, which explains the Prometheus Process and how you can use it to create your organization's future.

In 2001, we introduced GeoPro™, a strategic action system specifically designed for precise, high-velocity thinking, planning and execution. GeoPro is organized around nine proven principles described in Winning in FastTime. These principles are the foundation of a comprehensive knowledge base that a critical mass of people in an organization learns to independently apply.
