In this video, we will provide a brief overview our Leadership in FastTime® Mentoring Program.

These are the first questions we ask in our Leadership in FastTime® Mentoring Program, which is designed for leaders with limited time, but serious interest in accelerating results and achieving breakthrough performance.

Our objective with the program is to help leaders develop the mindsets, principles and actions they need to meet three imperatives for Execution Excellence: Smart Strategic Thinking without Wasting Time, Sharply Focused Planning that Leverages Resources, and Fast-Cycle Implementation with Real-Time Learning.

The program is customized to meet your specific needs and time frames. The typical components include: a series of live, interactive mentoring sessions supported by online feedback tools and libraries; consulting advice on your priority Execution challenges and opportunities; and a Mentoring Guide that gives you the distilled essence of the Leadership in FastTime®  mindsets, principles and actions and how to apply them.

The agenda for the initial mentoring session typically covers four topics: Discussing your current Execution leadership challenges and opportunities; Choosing one or more challenges or opportunities for mentoring focus, such as driving revenue growth, solving a strategic problem, or implementing an organizational change; Reviewing the Leadership in FastTime® Model and the Mentoring Guide; Agreeing on the program timeframe and terms of engagement.
