For the past decade, our firm has provided strategic services to leaders. We typically focus on their toughest Execution challenges using the Leadership In FastTime® Model and its supporting online toolkit. 

Many of our clients have commented that, in addition to achieving some outstanding Execution results, they also gained some valuable leadership insights. These comments reflect the fact that leaders tend to learn best by doing and they are especially motivated when they’re learning something that helps them solve an immediate problem.

That’s why, when the priority is leadership development, we use a “learning by doing” approach to educate leaders, managers and mission-critical teams on the Leadership In FastTime® Model. This has dual benefits: rapid solutions to pressing problems and deeper, experiential learning that sticks.

Our first step with a new client is typically an Executive Briefing with a good cross-section of those who have planning and implementation responsibilities.
